Waterboarded – or worse.
Last year I had a Pliny the Elder on tap from the source – the Russian River brewpub in Santa Rosa. I have to admit, even though I don’t go bonkers for IPAs, it was one of the best beers I’ve ever had. That said, one of my “go-tos” with Mexican food is Dos Equis Amber, so I rather enjoy Mexican beers. And I’m perfectly happy with a can of Stoney’s on a hot summer afternoon.
Don’t see the point in being a beer snob, frankly.
