My mom doesn’t get out of bed until later. She likes to watch tv in bed and dozes on and off. So it’s not so much sleeping but liking to be in her bed.
I dislike laying in bed in the morning. I like to get up, make my coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. My husband likes to enjoy that peace in quiet laying in bed. I am very uncomfortable laying in the bed. We don’t have a tv in our bedroom, which I don’t mind, but the laying around isn’t comfortable. To me.
Hence why this post is at 5:30 am. 
I personally wouldn’t waste the cool part of the day to enjoy my latte but that’s me.
