It probably shows as decided for REA students because, technically they had already received a decision

Wouldn’t those addresses be the same for the majority of applicants? So, if your perm and mailing are the exact same, do you see it there twice?
What time do they typically release decisions? Afternoon? Evening?

Thank you. The DS will be playing baseball at a far away game. He always save decisions until we are together. That’s going to be a big wait.
