“no earlier than 7 PM ET” … traditionally for Harvard, does that mean 7 pm? Or are they keeping options open for any time after 7?

Not sure. Just copied and paste right off the Harvard Portal.
Good luck to everyone. Don’t read into any of the portal stuff. We went through this last year with my son and none of it meant anything. He had all the portal “signs” that he was getting into Yale and all the “signs” it was a no for Harvard. He got into Harvard and rejected from Yale. The only thing that matters is the decision letter at 7:00. Everyone will end up in the best place for them.
