Someone asked others if they have the withdraw link. But no one answered no as for as I know.

The other thing to be aware of is whether the applicants whose withdraw link has disappeared are those who were deferred from REA, or ordinary RD applicants. For some other schools (for e.g. Duke), deferred applicants from earlier rounds have all lost their withdraw link, but that doesnāt appear to be the case for RD applicants.

i saw one person say their link had disappeared and that they were deferred rea if it matters but am not really convinced it means anything - someone asked for a screenshot and they didnāt respond

FWIW, they may not have been lying, as for some schools (e.g. Duke) the withdrawal link has disappeared from the portals of applicants who were deferred from earlier rounds, but NOT (yet?) from the portals of conventional RD applicants. Thatās why Iām interested in knowing if there are ANY conventional RD applicants (not deferred applicants from REA) whose withdraw link has disappeared.

Interestingā¦although since it came back, thereās no way of knowing if it was just yours that disappeared, or if everyoneās did (and then subsequently reappeared).
I guess weāre back in the same placeā¦waiting to see if any conventional RD applicantās (not deferred from REA) withdraw link has disappeared.

Deferred REA applicant. Withdraw button never disappeared. But update financial aid button did disappear last month or so.
