Yes - this thread seems very inactive! Perhaps it is because there has been a lot of mystery taken out of the Harvard process since the court case data was made public last year.

And @sevenbabies your son has certainly appeared to have cleared the academic hurdle! I would bet he gets accepted if he is a 2 or higher in ‘Extra Curricular’ - demonstrated leadership in a regional (regional meaning a few states or greater than state) level, 2 in Athletics (performed/ranked top 10 in regional/state champ, and 2 in Personality - which is always up in the air - plus has solid teacher recs. Also - It seems to be a plus if you are from a state with less competition - not sure if Ohio is - but applying from somewhere like Wyoming or Iowa, rather than California can be considered advantageous.
Anyone from Thailand or south east Asia got an interview request yet? I haven’t.
@Vertigos From what I’ve seen, even some domestic applicants haven’t received interview requests. I’ve also seen that many from South Asia (India, Pakistan, etc.) have not received interview requests. The interview situation seems to be very odd this year, so I don’t know how much we can read into it.
