Hi guys! Visiting from the Princeton thread. Sending hugs!!! I’m currently in the UK for a British admissions thingy, and let me tell you, we are very lucky in the USA. Over here, you can only apply to Oxford OR Cambridge; you have to choose one, and if it doesn’t work out, too bad! In America I feel that we truly have an embarrassment of riches when it comes to other options. Even calling them “other options” doesn’t give them the respect they deserve as time-honored and truly intellectual places of learning. So it really isn’t the end of the world if Harvard doesn’t end up being the perfect match, and you’re certainly very lucky among your peer applicants around the world to have such great chances at other universities. That being said, best of luck to you all!

I just called them again out of anxiety to ask if decisions are out today at 5… they asked me for my name and my D.O.B supposedly to check if I am an applicant in their system…? They said “Yep, you’ll have a decision today after 5pm. Have a nice day!”
By the way she worded it - decision - not sure if that’s a bad sign :S
Probably overthinking it though
