@gearsstudio He probably either got a likely letter or visited the admissions office himself. As far as I know, no one has gotten anything from their emails/applicant portals yet.
And suddenly, the active thread goes silent. The calm before the storm strikes.
He has legacy and he’s a local. It’s possible they’ve started sending. The admissions office closes at 5pm after all. Good Luck everyone!
Hello guys! Just wanted to step in from the Princeton thread and wish all of you guys good luck! I know how stressful it must be right now to wait for your fate for the next four years to be released. You guys will all do great, regardless of where you end up. 
You guys should be proud of all the work you have put into your applications. The fact that you have applied to Harvard is an enormous feat in the first place; it would only be Harvard’s loss if any of you guys were not accepted.
In the end, it’s not the school you go to, but what you do during your college career that defines who you are. Harvard may help to make this journey easier, but isn’t needed to complete it. The decisions have already been made; what is done is done. Be confident in your application, and know that you will be amazing no matter where you go.
