On a side note I’d also like to say thank you and good luck to everyone on here. Like everyone said, we are all equally deserving of the very best and while for some it might be in the form of Harvard, for others it may not. Remember to be grateful for everything you have right now and necer feel like the work you have invested in your education was a waste because at minimum it will give you a leg up at the institution you go to. Be proud of yourself and all you have accomplished regardless and don’t feel any pressure about posting or dissapointing someone—this time is about you and feeling amazing about the person you will become

Hi, I just want to wish everyone luck today. I know that most of you are stressed out of your mind, but I am a firm believer that those who would be successful here at Harvard will be successful anywhere. Don’t let your self-worth be defined by the results of today. I know that whatever I say will probably go in one ear and out the other, and that’s okay! But, when I was applying, I came to the realization that there wasn’t a “right” decision and a “wrong” decision, rather, only a lot of great options. I hope that at least some point during your anxiety-filled perusing of this message board, you take some time to reflect on how far you’ve all come. No matter what happens, congratulations to each and every one of you.
Self-worth is determined, in part, by how you choose to behave on media platforms where you appear anonymous. I think that says enough about your self-worth buddy. @joshmcgosh

Good luck to all of you. Just a heads up…in the five minutes leading up to the time of the decision you’ll start losing the ability to properly breathe, your heart rate will be faster than that of a junkie strung out on meth, cocaine, and ritalin all at the same time and your hands will shake like you have Parkinson’s disease.
Just try to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. If you don’t get accepted just know that Harvard doesn’t define your success. My mom is the boss of two Harvard graduates and she went to a public university. If you do get accepted then feeling like your at the brink of death will be all worth it. Trust me. I would know…

Hey everyone! I just got here, waiting as well. I wish you all luck. I’m sure this has been said a thousand times in a 1000 ways, but when it’s all said and done, this is not a big deal.
You’re all incredibly qualified and will end up going to GREAT schools, Harvard or otherwise. At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is how happy and fulfilled you are, not where you go to college or how much you’re paying for it, so focus on that!

Since we’re almost at the hour and a half mark I just wanted to say that I’ve so enjoyed being a part of this community for the past few months (as a lurker) and the past week as a tiny contributor. Everyone on here is exceptional in so many ways and I know you’re all going to go on to do extraordinary things. No joke, I firmly believe that. Best of luck to everyone – I’m rooting so extremely much for all of you.
Can everyone here fill out the admit/defer/reject profile before decisions come out? That way we have objective information regarding the admit/defer/reject pool.
