I virtually always went to class in college, because almost all of my professors were good.

Almost? At Swarthmore and Harvard? At these schools, likely at most schools, the observation says more about the student than the professors.

I believe I was capable of distinguishing a worthy class hour from a wasteful one

Wasteful? At these schools? Ditto.</p>
