Harvard, Yale, Princeton, or Stanford?

Although I technically am international, I’m not considered international for my college admissions! My parents are also planning to move to the state I end up attending college in!

Why aren’t you considered an international? Do you have visas? Your parents can’t just move with you without the proper paperwork.
