When my interviewer emailed me, I got a Pre-Interview Resume attached on the email. So I filled out the form. I also had a resume already made, so I brought that as well. Nonetheless, he seemed impressed that I took the initiative (at least that is how I felt when I had my interview today) to give him a little bit of extra information! 
I also made sure that the font was double-spaced so that the resume was neat, instead of having it all together, so it ended up being 2 pages. I /hope/ that was okay!
