@Youdon_tsay I didn’t, but do know diehard Apple lovers prefer their phone nekkid (I am a southern gal!) While I am careful with my devices, I prefer them covered to keep them looking pristine.
@bluebayou When this battery was installed, I was told it was not a genuine Apple battery, but would have hoped it was a good quality. Of course, this may have just fallin under 
happens. All the years they have serviced my husbands and our office’s PCs, we have never had an issue, and they have serviced many! This was my first time taking one of my Macbooks, and most likely my last. If my memory serves me, I think the Apple store wanted to keep my computer for a few days to swap the battery, and this shop would have it back in a couple of hours. I needed it for work, which is why I went with them. I have never needed a repair on any of my Macbooks other that a warranty recall; I will use Apple in the future.
