So now when I click “Apply Online” it is sending me straight to http://www.ucop.edu/

el oh el

It just reached a message machine!

Same here student14x…I pressed ‘2’ for the appropriate people then it just rang and finally an answering machine. lmao

Yay, it’s not working, this is awesome, I’m so happy.

slits wrists

“Yay, it’s not working, this is awesome, I’m so happy.”

slits wrists

Lol, I can so relate. sigh…

whats up with the online app. its not orking

say someone needed to make a correction to their application (i just spotted a typo!)

is that possible?

perhaps i shouldn’t have waited till today to start.

Well, if anything I’m certainly going to be calling that number back and leaving a detailed message with my name, school, etc to confirm that it wouldn’t let me submit…so they need to let me still. :)

It’s times like these that I realize I just need to get up… walk away from the computer and scream. Last year… there was ABSOLUTELY NO lag in the system up until the very end (at least not for me). I thought they got their ***** together… and here we go.

I think I’m going to die. and it’s nobody’s fault but mine.

opps!!! wrong number… 1 (800) 914 8820

Inch…it appears that 1 (800) 914 8820 simply goes to the same place as the ‘wrong’ number you put but just skips you having to press ‘2’.

It’s basically the same thing. Thanks though :)

Dear Gawd,

Please use your superpowers to type more bandwithz into the UC’s sytem. Or send Keanu Reeves to plug into it and go into a big white room where he sees hella tv screens and is like whoa dude, I’m in the control room of the internets. But don’t give him pot.

Thanks,
PVN

yes it appears that way. but it is not. just call and wait… when i called earlier i waited for about 30 mins though

Hmm…well both times I called it says it’s patching you through and then just rings like 20 times and the lady comes back on telling you to leave a message.

owned!

she does not tell you to leave a message, she says if you would like to leave a message and no longer wait for someone to speak to press 1, since calls are answered “in the order in which they are received”… call again

Well I would but now it’s busy every time.

So basically it’s not working and i got this error:

so sloooooooooooooooow :O

I just spent 30 mins on the phone and finally got someone— here is the conversation:

Him: Hi my name is blah blah and you’ve reached blah blah etc
Me: YO WhY IS YOUR SYSTEM HATIN
Him: Brothaman, you gotsta chill–we handlin our BIDNESS
Me: Yoyoyo whats the estimated time of completion?
Him: 1 HOURZ, but we’re extending our due date to tomorrow at midnight because of the INCONVENIENCE 2 U SIR
Me: RESPEK, word^, etc. Can you hook it up with some kinda verification code so I can be like Hi UC’s PEEP DIS
Him: Nah G, you aint need no digits–we extended it across the board
Him: 1LOVE PEACE
Me: Word to yo MOTHA

so in summary:

Due date has been extended

Expect the system to come back up within an hour

You don’t need any special verification code to turn it in by tomorrow

I did not just smoke a giant bag of meth

Hahahahahahahah Ahahaha ^^^^^

Well, I’ve already checked over my application a couple times, so all I really need to do is add in my essays and submit it. What is involved with the submission process? Do you just click a few buttons, enter in a credit card number, and you’re done?
