Regarding Mercersburg recent HOS announcement and the question of how it will impact the school – from where we sit, the school is absolutely continuing along with the same ethos and energy as before. Quentin has been at Mercersburg for 15 years, was assistant head of school before being appointed interim HOS. We were impressed by the search process and were glad the school did full due diligence alongside a search firm who met with stakeholders, including parents.
We were delighted that Quentin was chosen for full installation. Not only is he proven to be a solid leader, but gosh – he is one of the nicest and most personable people we met on our 26-school interview/visit journey over the past three years.
