<p>Yep, I called them immediately and found out what she was missing. She was missing all of the health forms, roommate info, final transcript and etc. All members of the class of 2010-- check and make sure that you have all of the forms listed on the master sheet of forms and due dates - which was also missing from my daughter’s packet.</p>
