<p>This describes my student who is actually a dual American/+ other citizen who has lived out of the US her entire life. Her older brother (also dual) had a somewhat challenging adjustment once attending college in the US. It really took me by surprise as I am the American parent. I was surprised he felt so “foreign” in my/our country. Good to know there is so much empathy at UR and your recognition of her special unique-ness :).</p>
