I have definitely been seeing more syphilis in straight people lately

This is an expected result of the war on women’s reproductive healthcare and Planned Parenthood. Never saw a case of congenital syphilis in 35 yrs, and only one case (heterosexual) in an ER in a poor inner city neighborhood while in training. So horrible, that now newborns should be born with congenital damage from an easily screened for and easily treated infection, that we had under control with easily accessible STD testing, prenatal care, and safe, legal abortion access.
