+1 to Good Culture. It’s a little more expensive but tastes REAL. If you belong to Costco they have an big container for like $8.

I mentioned in another thread that I’ve started putting cottage cheese in our scrambled eggs on the weekend. My H is PICKY and would die if he ate cottage cheese but he didn’t say anything so clearly wasn’t bothered by it! :raised_hands:

For my lunch today I’m having mini-peppers (the little red, orange and yellow ones) whole with a thin slice of swiss cheese wrapped around it and eaten in hand. Yum. A little calcium boost. The mini peppers are also good stuffed with some cottage cheese and chives!
