The mean teacher my daughter was stuck with had quite a reputation for being awful. One of my friend’s son had her years before that and he came home and told her that every other kid in the class had their artwork and poems hanging around the wall in the classroom. This friend was also a kindergarden teacher in another town. When they had parent teacher conferences , she brought this up with the teacher and was told that was not true…only guess what ? Nothing for her son WAS hanging…she didn’t like him and he knew it.
I remember going through her papers and seeing nothing but criticism , no encouragement ever…even her Thanksgiving hand-traced turkey had the comment " You can do better " …all because she used a purple crayon an turkeys aren’t purple
Teachers like that should NOT be working with little ones at all
