So,

1) Why didn’t you go to classes?

2) Have you stopped the activity that created the environment that let you think it was OK not to go to classes?

Yes, you can salvage this. Finish the degree at community college. Go to class. Get stellar grades. After that, consider taking time off from school and doing something different. Work with inner city kids, or the underprivileged, or the mentally challenged, or the physically challenged, or the SPCA, or whatever you find meaningful. Get used to going to work everyday and having people rely on you. Get great recommendations from your supervisor. Focus.

Then, apply and get accepted. Go to school, go to class, get stellar grades. Graduate. Apply to grad school if you are still up for it. Repeat.

Best wishes for a wonderful new year!
