Help! DS needs a suit

Glad that you found a solution that would not break the bank account!

Renting a tux was around $150 for my son.

I sent the spouse and my son to Sears, and they had a nice selection of different brands that weren’t pricey. He bought a suit, a tie, and a dress shirt for under $150.

There are also places that sell used tuxes. To be honest, my son’s school has enough rich kids that they continually get “grown out of” tuxes to supply the kids who need them. They even have extra shoes that they sanitize between kids, and since they are worn like a few hours per semester, they last a long time.

I have the same thing with my son, he hasn’t filled out yet and I have male relatives who grew in height to age 21. I’m glad they fit tuxes each year at his HS and don’t make kids buy them just because they are good enough to be in a select group.

My son got an interview suit at Kohl’s basically because it’s the only place in his college town with suits. But, it’s not bad at all and he got the internship. So, yay Kohls!
