Help ease my mind...

<p>Well, I don’t think it would put you behind that far… but it would be helpful if you can narrow your interests in some way… you don’t have to decide which science/math major to go into, but if you can cut out some unnecessary classes that you know won’t be helpful for your future, it would make the process easier. For instance, perhaps instead of taking Japanese, you can enroll in some general ed class that fulfills a requirement. (that way you won’t be wasting time at least) </p>

<li>you could also check out some of the webcasted lectures on <a href=“http://www.webcast.berkeley.edu%5B/url%5D”>www.webcast.berkeley.edu</a>, and look into some courses you find interesting for the fall (by selecting fall 2008 in the top left corner), which may help you decide whether science/math courses seem like a good fit for you.</li>
