<p>Have you looked at the “Big List of MT colleges”? If you go to that, and look up which schools offer MT in the states near you (though I would cast a wider net in terms of geographic location if you truly want to study MT since there is a finite number of options to study MT in the first place) and then contact those schools which interest you, after reading about them, to inquire if they take transfers into the MT program and if you must start as a freshman or if you can start as a sophomore. For BFA schools, it is doubtful you could start beyond soph status. For BA schools, you might be able to be considered a junior but you’d have to inquire specifically at each school. </p>
