Did he just self report his SAT Math score and not sent in any official scores? Or did he just send in the SAT 2 Math score without the SAT 1 scores? Did he check each UC’s portal to make sure his scores were received? He did not get any emails indicating his application was incomplete?? Does not make sense. His only option may to appeal.
