Those less interested in the broad landscape of higher education in America and more regionally-oriented (in mind and place) will often only know primarily the Iviest-Ivys and their local State U’s. … I had dinner with three economics professors this week at Centre College (in Kentucky!). When they asked where my daughters went to school, not only were they all very well informed about Carleton, but about the College of Wooster as well.</p>
