What about Penn State and specifically Schreyer Honors College?
^while PSU itself would be a match for economics or math, Schreyer wouldn’t be because the SAT score isn’t factored in and the GPA is low (they want high uw GPA’s with a lot of course rigor, and the essays are a deciding factor since they’re read by professors who use them to decide whether they want you in their class, making admissions hard to predict.) Worth applying but not a safety.
Temple Honors would be a safety with a 1500, though.
Penn State intermediate economics (ECON 302, 304) does not use calculus unless one chooses the honors version (ECON 302H, 304H) which does use single variable calculus.
