Sounds like an amazing place. Unfortunately it is about 5 hours from us and her anxiety has drawn a smaller radius for us so she at least feels like it’s a quick trip home should she need a little break (hopefully she assimilates quickly and doesn’t need many breaks at home, but to ease her mind we’re okay with sticking to her geographic requirements). Good to know for our son who is applying a year later and may wish to have more distance from us.
