HELP: Will I Get Rescinded???

<p>I’m gonna be a freshman so I’m sort of in the same boat you are. I’ll share what I “know” just from reading CC. </p>

<p>Assuming this kid is telling the truth, 4 Cs (out of 6 classes) can definitely put you in trouble. Yeah, there are some people that say no Ds or Fs. My guess is that the “no Ds or Fs rule” is probably fine for most state schools and privates that aren’t super selective.</p>

<p>IMHO I think 1 C is fine. 2 is pushing it, not for being rescinded but getting a letter asking you to explain.</p>

<p>On that note, I doubt that the whole “they are over-enrolled” notion is going to make Northwestern want to rescind more students than it should.</p>
