Agreed. Naperville has a much younger vibe—more apartments/condos, Northcentral College is close to downtown so there are more retail/restaurants that cater to college-age/young singles there. Good choice.
I don’t think Hinsdale etc. was ever on the radar. Naperville is a great choice as long as he doesn’t mind the commute. Unfortunaley young people have so much fun that they had to pass some new laws: http://www.dailyherald.com/article/20141008/news/141008513/
