<p>hmmm. well idk about “southern style” b/c I’m kinda from NY, haha.
But a tip: be careful with a white skirt. If something happens to get on it before the interview, it can be really annoying. Your interviewer may not even notice it, but I know I, personally, would be aware of it and self-conscious, and that would make me insecure and not as focused on the interview.
Black might be too severe for the a warm southern day…maybe a charcoal gray or tweed/houndstooth skirt? A nice pattern or something would also be fine.
Then, you can wear the sweater over. Collared shirt would be fine I think, but I don’t think its necessary. But will she be too hot? Maybe a better bet would be a button down shirt with a cardigan over, so she can take it off if she wants</p>
<p>And for the shoes…I’m not quite sure what color shoes you’d wear with a white skirt, b/c white would be too matchy and same with pink. I guess you could wear black? And maybe wear some black jewelry or a black headband so that it goes. </p>
<p>If she’s tall, I’d say some nice flats. If she’s shorter, and can walk in them, some pumps would be nice. </p>
