<p>I would start with calling the sources of all your nomination requests. Even though they should be recorded now and the BGO should know the status, going to the source may give you invaluable information.</p>
<p>Not having a nomination is a hurdle but perhaps not an insurmountable one if you have the BGO and Admissions working for you.</p>
