<p>That sounds reasonable having no other data points available. I know one student who was a California resident but non-local that was turned down by San Jose State University and he had a 3.3 with all pre-reqs finished. It was the GPA. SJ and SF aren’t the same institutes, but the numbers will likely be somewhat comparable.</p>
