I’m 13 years old going into 8th grade and I’m on summer break so I was wondering what I could learn during summer that would help me in school. I already have a tutor and I’m really interested in computers. Any ideas?
P.S. It doesn’t have to be a program just something I can learn or do that will help me get ahead or help in school.

Search through local colleges summer programs. They usually have computer design classes. Also you can start self-studying for APs in 9th grade.

Damn son your young
Enjoy your summer while you can haha

Good for you for asking! Reading in the summer is fun and will improve your performance in school and later on the SAT’s and other tests. You might tackle some of the classics or something from this list-<a href=“Stay Motivated – BigFuture | College Board”>College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools. Also there lots of books full of lists of things to do like -A boy should Know how to tie a tie: and other lessons for succeeding in life. If you look under life skills at the library or Amazon, I am sure you could find a book with things you would want to try.
