I attended a famous U. in Scotland where the food was horrendous (local doctor told me hemorrhoids were epidemic there due to lack of fruits & veggies), and toward the end of the terms, undergrads begged administration to leave dorm heat on overnight.

Time to break out the cold weather camping sleeping bags.
