High School Class of 2015

@UKgirl…I don’t know if it’d be a huge problem, especially since in a history major, more than American history is covered. Besides, you’ve learned about WWI and WWII, and that’s in U.S history.

Do any of you know what the green gem ‘on a distinguished road’ mean?

A green light? What’s the context?

As in the one now under our usernames ;)

Haha, it’s the new reputation system CC has. You click on the scales below the green light to award a helpful post points, and the more points you get, then the little green square will grow bigger and change to “about to become famous” and “infamous”

ooohh, basically like TSR then? ;)

What’s TSR? Sure, why not

I’m on a distinguished road. Someone give me a lot of good rep so I’ll be famous

The Student Room, similar to CC but more generally aimed at students and british run.

I’m trying, but you can’t rate someone twice in a row :)

^hahah it’s OK.

o god why are there reps now

Wait I don’t really get it… I’m using the app on my phone… But why do I have a green dot… And not everybody else (I always thought the green dot showed my posts or something…) and I just checked back very few people have dots…

Am I special? … Probably not :</p>

Wait I went on the actual site… Not sure if the green dot on the app and what you’re talking about are the same… But either way I have 10 reputation c: whatever that means…

I think everyone starts out with 10…

So went to watch my first school soccer game today. I can’t say I really enjoy soccer. I feel like everyone isnt running as fast as they could and they never score. Now the asvab tommorow.

Oh and for an update on the situation with the picture of my friend sleeping on me and her boyfriend. I saw him in person today (he goes to alternative school this year so I dont see him that often.) My friend showed him another picture we took together where I held up a sign with his name on it lol. He seems pretty irritated. I said something like “Man she called me a ____ on the phone.” He’s like “You guys talk on the phone now! Do you guys have a thing going on?” Then it didn’t help she declined to eat lunch with him after school to go to the JV soccer game with me. Me and her have nothing going on, but poor guy’s getting fed up haha.

As in a school where people go when they’re on the brink of getting expelled? Or just another school?

How do you like the reputation thing we can now give each other?

^It potentially could be haha. Actually he’s there because of failing a lot of classes freshman year, so now he’s short of credits. He’s a cool guy though, he’s pretty nice to everyone. He’s actually really smart. Me and him were in the gifted classes in elementary school, so idk why he’s failed so many classes.

And I dont understand the system. I gave you one, because I wanted to test the system out.

I’ve always wondered about those gifted classes. “Gifted” classes, or “special” classes  ha, JK goodnoodle

Ha, thanks bro, I gave you one for fun. I don’t really get it, but if I see something interesting/funny, I’ll give it to people. I thought those little balance scales were a volcano explosion or something at first.

I’m sorry to detract from your thread, but my friend dared me to be the last poster on all the hot topics on this sub-forum for at least 1 second

That’s some dare, Apollo. Go post on the 2013 thread, they get mad when people younger than more than a year post on their thread.

I always do wonder about the validity of those gifted classes. Out of the the three people in our class who were “certified gifted” one of them spends his whole day getting stoned, and is failing most off his classes. The other is a stereotypical airhead basketball player, mostly Cs and Bs for grades. Then there’s me.
