High School Class of 2015

Haha yeah my history teacher told us all these things that made lincoln sound like a huge jerk! XD

I liked the Hobbit best as well I think, maybe followed by the Avengers? I can’t remember all the films I’ve seen though, and I feel like I’m forgetting some…

The internet was broken for the last two days! I’ve been going crazy…

Any plans for new years?

Those that thought The Hobbit was amazing; have you seen the lotr films? It’s not very good in comparison, but on it’s own I’d give 8.5/10.

My internet’s about to run out for the day, which is why I’m posting again now instead of waiting :(

Who DARES hate on Lincoln???

He’s my favorite president FYI and I’m also a bug history buff, so…

But really, the movie was good and we never really covered the whole Emancipation Proclamation thing that well in history class and I myself never learned a whole lot about how close they were to not passing it. I thought it was a good movie, objectively.

Don’t get me wrong, I loooooooooove History (not just because it’s interesting, but cause my Dad’s a history Ph.D :P). But yeah, different things. I might see the movie sometime.

In other news: Happy New Year’s Eve!

^That’s ok, not everyone likes everyone, even presidents. haha Who’s your favorite president?

Happy New Year’s Eve everyone!
Merry New Year’s Eve (?) too!

^Bill Clinton’s my favorite. He got stuff done and kept the country in good shape while enjoying himself :)

Les Miserables! <3

I dig Jimmy Carter. The whole “walking the length of the inaugural parade” thing is just too badass to overlook.

KYPDURRONS TOP FILMS 2012:

Hobbit

The Dark Knight Rises (Batman Lives!)

Avengers

KYPDURRONS FAVORITE PRESIDENTS:

  1. Thomas Jefferson
  2. Calvin Coolidge
  3. Grover Clevland
  4. Ronald Regan
  5. James Madison

KYPDURRONS LEAST FAVORITE PRESIDENTS:

  1. FDR
  2. Warren Harding
  3. Richard Nixon
  4. Jimmy Carter
  5. Barack Obama

If you look at my lifetime 97-Present

Clinton was having affairs, etc.
Bush was invading Countries etc.
Obama was/is destorying currency etc.

I may have lived throuhg 3 of the worst 10-15 presidents in history

@kypdurron Are you kidding me? There are other presidents that were worse than that! Obviously, it’s all an opinion, but general rankings of presidents have historically had Nixon, Buchanan, Johnson (Andrew), and sometimes Van Buren as the worst. In all honesty, no one right now can even rank Clinton, Bush, and especially Obama since it hasn’t been that long after their terms of presidency, and Obama is still president. It’s still considered “current events” so you can’t put a rank on that.

And this is turning political fast, so don’t make it like that, don’t say WHY, just list them.

My personal favs and least:

Favorite Presidents:

  1. Lincoln
  2. Reagan
  3. Both Roosevelts
  4. Carter
  5. Jefferson

I’m not going to even put least favorites because that turns it into political, something we should NOT be doing!!! This is just history, not politics, but others may not see that the same way.

Lol in my earlier post I was just stating my history teacher’s biased point of view against Lincoln. He made it seem like Lincoln was this horrible president, but really, I love Lincoln. (Sorry for the confusion.)

So yeah, my favs are probably Lincoln, Washington, Reagan, FDR… hmm… not sure from there, exactly. xD

When you get past Madison and before Teddy, besides Lincoln, it’s just a whole bunch of people who we never even learn about, so it’s hard to even rank them.

Favorite

  1. Bill Clinton
  2. JFK
  3. Thomas Jefferson
Honorable mention: Carter- I agree with a lot of his ideas but he just couldn’t execute them well

Least favorite

  1. Nixon
  2. Wilson
  3. FDR (I think he’d have become a tyrant if he had lived.)
    HM: G.W. Bush

Lol CE527M (that is a super cool username, btw :D), I hate history, so it’s even harder for someone like me to rank the presidents. This year though, I absolute LOVE my teacher (he’s absolutely amazing! he’s hard, but he’s a great teacher who makes sure you get EVERYTHING down), even if he did downgrade Lincoln haha, so yeah… xD

^goodnoodle I can definitely see what you’re thinking about Nixon…

My favorites are Jefferson (he was a ginger! XD), Teddy Roosevelt, and O’Bama. Oh and G.W. Bush because he was so funny! :p

Wait–someone actually thinks my username is cool??? Why thank you, even though I don’t think it is. Why do you think it’s cool though?

Oh yeah forgot about JFK, he’s also one of my favorites.

^It sounds like one of those star wars robot names, haha. And it reminds me of really high-tech stuff that will dominate the future…so…yeah. xD

^eh…okay…

@CE:
No I am being serious, if i were to be joking i would claim that Richard Nixon, Warren Harding, Andrew Jackson, and FDR were the most libertarian Presidents in America’s History.

I agree lets not get political. But CE i cannot stand Abe Lincoln, PM me if you want to know why.

Best President?:
[William Henry Harrison - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](William Henry Harrison - Wikipedia)

Rep for those who can guess my reasoning.

KYP DURRONS HONORABLE MENTION:
JFK!!!

I’m just saying that its kind of hard to rank president that have just left office or are still in office, I get everyone has their opinions and I respect that, just for the record, because my post way up there sounded kinda judge mental.

@ElvenRanger… ok, but it’s probably one of the worst out there … Most on here just say CE when they’re talking to me BTW, so if that’s easier, you can just call me that.

Presidents You never hear anyone rank as ther favorite:

-Van Buren
-Buchanan
-Taylor

I don’t know, you just never hear anyone saying that.

@kyp… Why Harrison?
