High School Class of 2015

@Ukgirl I got a 18. 4 in authority, 1 in self sufficiency, 4 in superiority, 3 in exhibitionism, 3 explosiveness, 1 in vanity, 2 entitlement.

This is kinda the result I expected. I already knew I was an attention grabber. I don’t like telling others what to do but I hate taking orders more. How I’m perceived is important to me. I guess I’m not manipulative but I do pride myself in my ability to get people to tell me anything. The only one I’m surprised about is superiority because I’m always a big proponent for equality.

Honestly depending on the day and test questions I think I could’ve scored anywhere from 16-22.

…I got a 5…

1 in authority, 2 in self-sufficiency, and 2 in entitlement. Wow. I don’t know how to react to that :p

This has reminded me that I really should have done some classics revision for my exam next week by now  we’re doing Ovid’s Metamorphoses which includes the story of Narcissus and Echo

Ew, mythology. :stuck_out_tongue: I never got the point of us learning all that crap.

That reminds me, I haven’t done any studying whatsoever for my US History final  we’ll see how that goes come Monday…

I love it, I wanted to do it for A level as well (study it for the next two years as well) but I guess it is a bit pointless.

I have my History international relations paper on Monday and haven’t done any revision either  unfortunately I also have biology, chemistry AND physics in the morning, so I probably won’t do well in all

I got a 14… 3 for authority, self-sufficiency, entitlement, and superiority, 2 for exploitativeness, and 0 for vanity and exhibitionism.

@UKgirl…I remember you saying that you really like WWI, how about WWII?

I’m surprised people got such low scores! I thought I was pretty normal ;)

International Relations is so confusing as well! This exam is the cold war 1945-1960 I think, which we’ve never looked at in class before, not even in primary school. Also it covers the whole world. At least I get to laugh at Stalin’s death :D

@CEM yep, but I haven’t done as much reading or research into it yet. Why?

I was just wondering, because in Virginia there is the National D-Day memorial and I live somewhat near it, but not really.

Plus, WWII is one of my favorite parts in history.

That’s pretty cool. We don’t really have anything like that as all our war memorials are basically condensed into 11.11 Armistice day.

I prefer slightly older history around 1850-1920 but am interested in 20th century history too, particularly Germany.

Would it make you happy if I told you I’m like 70% German? :)

Ancestors came to 'merica in late 1800’s.

I got 7 in authority, 5 in superiority and exhibitionism, and 4 on the rest.

That’s such an American thing to say  How does that work, anyway? Do both your parents have ancestors that cam from Germany?

I’m 25% Czech. It was Austria-Hungary when my great grandparents went to America, then Germany or Czechoslovakia when my Grandad came here, now it’s just the Czech Republic. It’s quite cool actually because I’m related to the current Prince Clary of that area of Bohemia, but I’ve never been there or met any of my Czech family :/

@Fostej that’s high! I had presumed the scale only went up to 5 for each one :)

My Dad’s family is pretty much all German, with no other ancestry (except like 1/32 Native American or something crazy like that), and my mom’s side has some German (I think) but also Scandinavian, Scottish, English, etc. I think it’s about 70% or so by my calculations, but that’s just an estimate.

I have no idea what I am really. I just look white but I know I am a large part German, some Polish, some Irish. My dad’s mother’s family is completely German or mostly German, and they also came over in the mid 1800s. On my mom’s side, I have no idea because she was adopted. People say she looks Polish, so we assume she is. I’m not sure where the Irish comes in, but it’s probably on both sides. I wish I knew exactly what I am!

I got a 3. 1-Authority 1-Self-Sufficiency 1-Entitlement

Finally got my PSAT score back! 89th percentile :/

@ukgirl that test is pretty interesting. I feel like everyone here is either a narcissist or extremely modest, no in between. I’m almost scared about how close I was to being a narcissist haha cuz like six of the questions were iffy.

@Purpledino: Congrats!! That is still an excellent score, and don’t let any of the super-CCers on here tell you otherwise. Besides, the PSAT doesn’t even count for anything in sophomore year.

@goodnoodle: :stuck_out_tongue: haha yup, sure sounds like it-we’re an interesting mix of kids.

I’m 100% Chinese…or at least, I’m pretty sure I am…so, uh, yeah, not looking forward to the app process in 2 years :(

Im a URM

White Hispanic

My favorite History is Ancient Greek and Economic
