High School Class of 2015

yeah I know. marriage is difficult. don’t get into it when you’re too young. look at me, I sound like a 30 year old. lol

and OMH this “engage” thingy is too funny you guys. :D

@shmluza, how did you make that face?

: eek: remove the space and you have

So care to explain what “engage” you meant?

CE do you know other cool faces? Someone on CC taught me  a while ago. I don’t remember others, except for   :frowning: :’(
oops apparently :’( is not a thing here.

 This is so cool! Thanks guys!

I meant “engage” in the way shmluza meant it. it’s really stupid.

Ok. Haha. Goodnoodle interpreted it in a…different way.

@shmluza: (remove the spaces for these) : p equals :p, : confused: equals , : rolleyes: equals , and : mad: equals . Oh, and my personal favorite: : coolface: equals

And credit goes to JuniorMint, I stumbled across his helpful post here[/url”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/community-forum-issues/1405544-text-formatting.html?highlight=bb]here.

That’s how little words make the difference “have engaged” sounds different in my mind than “are engaged.” Haha

@UKgirl23 Thanks!!

@shmluz NMH = Northfield Mount Hermon School  In MA

I meant they’re planning to get married sort of engaged. I find it kind of weird considering this particular couple has been together since they were both 14 so have never had a proper relationship with anyone else.

Resurrected from the 5th page!

Hey! This is random, but is anyone on this thread doing the Emory Pre-College Program this summer?

There’s this couple that has been together forever. They’re seniors now. They’ve been with each other since like 6th or 7th grade. Quite remarkable compared to the other relationships here.

Just got back from an amazing weekend in Wales. I also realised how socially awkward around boys I am. Girls’ schools are fine for some people, but it probably wasn’t such a good choice for me.

@UKgirl do they still speak mostly welsh? Or do they all speak English? It’s funny two places so close to each other have such different languages…but not as bad as Basque vs Spanish or Finnish vs Swedish.

I don’t date, and I never have.

From what I’ve observed, it looks time consuming, fake and annoying. And it always ends. Always. High school is for learning. And I like learning. Never been to prom or any school dances. Have been attracted to girls at my school, but never act on it, and eventually forget about it. It’s useless.

It’s St. Patrick’s Day, so you know what that means…

Top O’ the marnin’ to ya, lads and lassies! Oi, tis a beautiful day today.

@petlover mostly English, but they’re tring hard to keep Welsh alive by making it compulsory to be taught in schools and it has to be on all signs along with English.

gosh @classof2015HS that IS remarkable.

@UKgirl, I hear you. I’d never want to go to a all girl school.
