Asian girl from NJ LOL wow I have so many hooks for college!!
@LegendarySims It has tornadoes, and the State Fair of Texas. It’s quite cheap living in Texas as opposed to living elsewhere, which I guess can be good.
Delaware. The state, not the one in Ohio.
@XoXdreamerXoX I’d say the fact that living in Texas is cheap is beyond good. New York is sooooo expensive. Kind of hard to get by if you’re not middle class and up.
@letmeseetheworld Same! Just keep in mind we’re so freaking close to finishing [-O<
SECOND SEMESTER SENIORS WOOOOOO
@LegendarySims You’re from NY? Do you still have any Regents to take?
Ugh I’m still in my first semester until the end of January!
90 days until graceland.
We can do it guys.
Midwesterner here and the only reason people might be able to guess where I live is because the local Catholic college has a pretty decent men’s basketball team.
@AMan236 I thought I could and then physics happened so RIP me, whoops.
Craaaaaaaaap.
Ended up with an incorrect test grade in AP Government in the gradebook (therefore bringing my grade down from a 102 to a 98) and two zeros in my computer maintenance class because I guess the sub forgot to write down my grade (brought my grade down from a 100 to an 85). They have 2 hours to finalize grades and I don’t think most of my teachers are at school anymore. :((
I DO NOT KNOW WHICH COLLEGE TO CHOOSE AND I HAVE TO CHOOSE SOON. DM me to help me! it would also help if you live in NY or FL, because that’s where the colleges are.
Sorry for being in freak-out mode, but would the following look terribly bad to colleges on my transcript?
99 AP Calculus BC
100 AP U.S. Government
87 AP Statistics (…gah)
96 AP Physics 2
93 AP Chemistry
98 AP English Literature
95 AP Biology
98 Computer Maintenance
@XoXdreamerXoX that’s totally amazing imo
@chubii There problem is that last year, the only grade I made below a 95 was AP U.S. History first semester. I made a 91.
AP Chemistry and AP Statistics aren’t looking pretty in the midst of those grades.
Ohh… For my school, colleges only see letter grades so it’s all the same haha
No offense, but that just seems like you really felt like posting your grades.
There’s nothing wrong with them, take a chill pill and open a soda.
Yeah…colleges see all of my numerical grades.
I’m screwed. Especially as a deferred applicant.
And no. I really didn’t feel like doing so. It stresses me out seeing all these kids making straight 100s applying to the colleges I’m applying to. It also stresses me out that this girl keeps rubbing her 98s in chem and bio in my face. Sorry if I seemed conceited (or otherwise) to you in any way, @TheAtlantic . I was just legitimately worried.
@LegendarySims I live in NJ, just outside NYC. It’s true, it’s so expensive! The middle class barely exists, it’s awful.
