High School Does Not Weight Averages

<p>A few questions:

  1. Is the petition done on a rolling basis or would I have to wait until February? It would seem stressful to wait longer for a decision.
  2. Would it be safe to assume that direct admits initially are from a computerized database with a cutoff?
  3. How do high schools usually weight averages? For example for AP courses.</p>
