High School in Three Years: Good Idea?

Some people enjoy high school for the experience- being a senior, going to prom, etc. Personally, I did not, and if you don’t care about going through the high school phase of life, I’d say wast as little time with it as possible. I do believe that high school really is a waste of time. Most of what I learned (if it makes a difference, though, I was a part of LAUSD) was mostly a regurgitation of things I already learned earlier (for example, just about everything taught in biology was nearly identical to what was taught in middle and elementary school life science). Instead of taking all the required classes at an accelerated rate, though, what I did was take the CHSPE (similar to GED) when I was 16 and then go to community college. I am now 18 and transferring to UCLA in the fall as a chemistry major. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. :)
