<p>I dated a ton in high school and college. Not only did I have a lot of boyfriends but I went on dates. Now, as an engaged young twenty-something in her first teaching job, I am trying to teach my students the merits of dating. </p>
<p>Although I am not a sexual prude (I honestly don’t see anything wrong with teenage sexual experimentation provided that they use a condom), I really detest the hook up culture. I don’t understand what someone would regularly sleep with someone with whom they have never taken a meal.</p>
