Great thread as I am also looking for ideas. I send the holiday gifts for our office and I need to send about 8 international gifts. I find that our options are limited due to customs regulations - the worst being no food! The gift basket company we use fills them with “things” but I doubt the clients are excited when they receive them, and, the price we pay for shipping is about equal to the cost of the basket. Anyway, keep those ideas coming and maybe it will help me think of something!

You could purchase something for international clients in their own country via websites. That would probably make things much more straightforward.
