<p>I find the social & extracurricular scenes extremely unfulfilling, despite a LOT of effort on my part.</p>
<p>I’ve been in/around Worcester for 18 years, -I’m so sick of it that I could scream, but that’s not my main motivation for transferring- it’s far from an exceptional place, and there is really very little to do off-campus. What’s available on-campus, aside from academics (classes and lectures are amazing), is far from satisfactory in my book. Then again, everybody is different, and most of my friends here adore the school. I just don’t find that there is a lot of intellectual discussion going on here outside of academic settings. A glaring separation between work and play is endorsed here by the students.</p>
<p>So, you’ll be all set if you enjoy getting hammered 3-4/7 nights a week. For some people that is more than enough for contentment.</p>
