<p>Don’t think there is any nictoine in hookah. It is tabacco, yes, so that’s why it’s limited to 18+.</p>

<p>I don’t think that smoking hookah socially once every few months is the equivalent of smoking cigarettes on a regular basis. I really had no idea about having to be 18; it makes sense, but the bars around here (DC, or Georgetown specifically) don’t seem to check, so I just assumed it wasn’t a problem.</p>

<p>what you put in a hookah is TOBACCO. yes, it does have the nicotine, but on the brighter side it has NO tar. the nicotine level depends on what kinda of flavor or band you get, most are 0.05%. another thing, hookahs are meant to be better than cigarettes, but if you dont know how to work a hookah well, it is probably going to give you cancer in a week. so if you dont know how to work one stay off of it and go to a hookah lounge, peace.</p>

if you dont set it up right your have the risk of inhaling the coal or the ashes the are supose to be filtered through the water.</p>
