<p>Yea i noticed a lot of alumn there from back in the day. Both Princeton and Johns Hopkins had many older fans proudly dawning "class of " gear. As is tradition with the elite NE schools, being an alumn means a lot, means community (although id imagine a lot of schools have that community) not just with fellow alumns, but alumns of peer Universities. Despite the obvious diehard nature of the respective teams’ fan base, many of the older alumni from Hopkins knew those from Princeton not just eachother. On top of that, the parents all had an obvious sense of community, and it was a great thing to see. My hope is that next year I will find the same sense of community pervasive throughout Homewood not just on the Field. I think if people saw these games, the stigma of the cold, elite research university, would fade and people would appreciate Hopkins more for all the good.</p>
