<p>I have decided the far greater tragedy in my life would be no alcohol, coffee or hot spicy foods so I take the flashes as they come.

<p>I’m 48, had them for a bit last year, they went away for a few months, have been back the past month or two.</p>
<p>I found that mine were cyclical too. A few months on, a few months off. thank God they are now off for good.</p>
<p>I just started Estroven today. Am really hoping this helps, especially at night. I’m 54 and have been having hotflashes for the last 2.5 years. I need a break :(</p>
