<p>The housing contract is where you legally choose your payment, and then there is everything you agree upon as a resident. It is a big list. You should know if you signed it.</p>
<p>The stuff on the bill right now is for stuff you need to pay by the current due date (End of September/Early October). That is all that it is, nothing more. If you get housing, you will get billed whatever is needed for this due date. Be it a month’s charge, a quarter’s charge, or a year’s charge.</p>
