<p>My daughter just submitted her housing app, putting two residential colleges at the top of her preferences. It seems that apps to residential colleges are supposed to be accompanied by a “personal statement.” But she says she didn’t see any place to put a personal statement or other essay on her application. </p>
<p>What can she do now? (Thanks for any advice.)</p>
